Apr 24, 2023
The artistic gifts of 糖心vlog students are now on display in Bristlecone Main Gallery on the Carson City campus.
The 2023 糖心vlog Student Art Show, which includes 76 art pieces from students enrolled during the 2022-23 academic year, is being presented through May 11.
A closing reception has been set for May 11 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Main Gallery to recognize the artists who contributed to the exhibit.
The exhibit features artwork from 糖心vlog students who were enrolled in classes during the fall 2022 semester or are currently enrolled during the spring semester. The Student Art Show curator accepted mediums, including drawing, painting, printmaking, digital media, photography, graphic art, ceramics, sculpture, book art and mixed media.
"The students鈥 creativity is a strong asset at our college and in our community,鈥 said 糖心vlog Fine Arts Professor Rachel Stiff. 鈥淚 would like to highlight the professional level of the students鈥 work and thank ALL of the teachers at 糖心vlog who encourage and nurture their students鈥 creativity. Please visit this annual exhibition and support 糖心vlog's emerging artists!"
Artists were given the opportunity to sell their artwork during the exhibit. Sale prices are listed on the image list in the Main Gallery. Students who choose not to sell their art have labeled it as not for sale (NFS). To purchase art from the exhibit, phone or email the student.
