Cedar Building Student Labs
Cedar 320 is allocated completely for student use. The lab has 25 PC computers with
internet access, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, GIS, Programming Software,
Solidworks, and Autocad software installed.

Dini Student Center: Internet Nook
Located on the first floor of the Joe Dini Student Center, the Internet Nook has 4
computers available for general use. The computers have MS Office and Internet applications
available.

ÌÇÐÄvlog Library (Carson City Campus): Computer Stations
The ÌÇÐÄvlog Library has many computers available for student use. Although there is no
fee to use the computers, students are required to log in their NSHE (student) ID
number and a personal password. The library staff will help students having difficulty
setting up. There are both Mac and PC computers with internet access, Microsoft Office,
Autocad, Solidworks, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite software. The library also has
laptops that students can check out for in-library use.
There is also a computer work station set up with the Jaws screen reading program
for students with visual disabilities.
Computer printouts are $0.05 per page for B&W and $0.25 per page for color. The library
sells flash (jump) drives students can use to store their work. Students can scan
documents for free. Limited software support is available in the library.

Beck Library
The Beck Library in Fallon has a total of 13 computers for student use. There are
ten Windows PC’s and three Macintosh computers. The computers in the library have
internet access, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite software installed.
